PLAY® Method.
Qabas has designed and facilitated various workshops using the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Method on creative thinking and innovation, team and personal identity and strategy development and deployment.
She has worked on various quality management, process improvement and change management
consultancy projects. She has also organized and facilitated professional development programs in different leading organizations on business excellence, total quality management, process
reengineering and strategy development and execution.
Qabas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Information
Management. She is an EFQM Assessor, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and a Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence.
She is also founder of Riforma Consulting; providing consultancy and capacity building services in the fields of quality management, business excellence and strategic planning. Riforma Consulting uses experiential learning and gamification, to offer its clients a wide range of versatile and customized solutions.
