Sirine leads Visa’s Innovation and Digital Partnerships across CEMEA working closely with startups and the entrepreneurial ecosystem with a focus on Fintech and Smart City technologies and products. Prior to joining Visa, Sirine managed Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, Government of Dubai, Tech Incubator – DTEC investing in early and growth stage startups and managing a portfolio of 20 companies coaching them and supporting their growth and fundraising strategies.
Sirine was awarded Mentor of the Year 2016 by Arabian Business Magazine. She is the Founder and CEO of Generation Disrupt an innovation education program for children.
