ABOUT

Mona AlHebsi, is an Emirati woman leader, accomplished Hotelier, seasoned HR professional, success coach, passionate author and numerous awards winner in the field of HR, Hospitality and Leadership.

Mona has a great passion in hospitality and so she started her exciting journey in the hospitality industry in 2003 as “Hotel Host” in the One & Only Royal Mirage during Dubai 2003. She then completed her Internship in Hilton Ras Al Khaimah. Mona then realised the immense growth opportunities available in hospitality and started her 1st job with the iconic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. From there she went on achieving success and worked for some big landmarks in hospitality like Grand Hyatt Dubai, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.
During her career span, Mona has worked with some of the best professionals in the industry, led great teams and executed high-end human capital related projects related to formulating HR Policies, Driving Employee Engagement and Spearheading Emiratization related initiatives in the hospitality industry.
On the Professional Development Front, Mona has been awarded the highest status in the HR profession from CIPD which is the FCIPD (Chartered FCIPD).
In addition to being an accomplished hotelier; Mona is also a success coach and a published author. 
She has published her first book titled “Beat The Odds” or “اكسر المألوف” in both Arabic and English; wherein she shares her tried and tested techniques and success secrets with working women’s and especially Hoteliers to help them take their career to the next level.
Moreover, Mona is a member in a number of professional bodies such as Project Management Institute, Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and International Coaching Federation. 
Furthermore, Mona is a member of the Advisory Council in the Dubai College of Tourism. She publishes periodic articles in LinkedIn and Gulf News on her life experiences and areas of expertise 
such as Human Resources, Coaching, Leadership, Self-Development, Emiratization, Hospitality, 
Women and Youth Empowerment, etc.
Mona has received several awards and accolades for her great contributions in the field of Leadership, Hospitality and Human Resources.
